Grit, Loneliness, and the Heart of Leadership: How to Be a Leader People Want to Follow
The number one factor in a leader’s success is not their skills, their experiences, their knowledge, or their education – it is their heart.
After each section there will be time to talk as a small group at your table, games and dynamic questions, etc.
- Hunger for Wisdom: Wise leaders plan for their growth.
- Expect the Best: If we have a positive mindset, even mistakes teach us.
- Accept Responsibility: We live in a world of many who want to or pretend to be leaders; they like applause, but they do not have the humility to accept their mistakes and learn from them.
- Respond with Courage: The heart and courage are like a muscle… the more it is used, the stronger it becomes.
- Think Others First: The question is not “what does my team do for me?” but “what can I do to serve my team?”
Corazon de Liderazgo / HEART of Leadership
